The service provided by the staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful whenever needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the beach and with a fantastic view. The pool was also a great feature, with a perfect temperature for a refreshing dip.
The Wi-Fi was not very reliable and had a complicated log-in process. the bed in the room was a bit too hard for my liking, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs. From the friendly receptionists to the attentive animation team, everyone was always there to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from at every meal. I especially loved the beach and pool bar where the staff were kind and polite, serving refreshing snacks and cocktails. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel grounds were well-maintained. It was truly a luxurious and comfortable experience.
I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Great Pools and Location for the Beach the hotel had a fantastic pool area with plenty of sun beds around. the beach was within walking distance and offered a beautiful view. It was peaceful and relaxing. Good Entertainment the entertainment was surprisingly good, with musicians and bands playing live music that is perfect for sitting and sipping on a cocktail.
Terrible Food and Drinks Unfortunately, the food and drinks left a lot to be desired. the selection was poor and the quality was bad.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and were pretty good too meet our needs. From the reservation team to the front desk staff and the pool and restaurant teams, everyone was eager to help and was very good. The hotel was also very clean and maintained, with a wide variety of Oriental and international dishes offered at the restaurant. The atmosphere was friendly and cute, and the beach and pool areas were well-maintained and comfortable.
Nothing, it is perfect.
